Nellie Sharper of Kingston yesterday was fined $200 and costs and Richard Johnston of Montague, Welland County, Ont., was sentenced to serve three months in jail in default of the fine for having liquor in a public place. They were arrested at Broad street station each with a suit case filled with bottled liquor. The girl was bound for Kingston and the man for Smith's Falls.
