This has several names. It's sometimes called a #StarFilter or a #crossFilter. It's used specially for #SLR #Photography ! It NOT DIGITAL! STFU FFS! 😡 It's ACTUALLY A LOW TECH way of getting photographic special effects for stars, sparkles, and shimmers. My other one is a simple cross, but this one has more lines in the crosses' intersections for a different effect! Totally an OLD technique! Yeah, sure... all u photographer snobs are addicted to ur softwares, and post processing! But, when u get interesting shots strait through the lens u get better results because of the analog limitations. And YES I use it on my DSLR or SLR vintage film cameras. Sure, u scoff at me for my old fogie low tech but when the photos and video stock are on playback and the uppity pro is like: how did u get that shot? Please! Sometimes old tech is just better!
