Dropped in @limitlessgalway for my latest stop on the CrossFit journey. It's been 7 years now. 6 Boxes as a member/coach 13 boxes visited 6 different countries Hundreds of hours of education 6 certifications 4 competitions as an athlete 4 major competitions as a judge (15-20 local comps) More amazing friends than I could hope to count! Time to try out my new home away from home. 1 WOD and 2 open gyms in and I haven't "No Repped" anybody. #beingcivil One of the biggest cultural differences that still catches me off guard each time are the coffee bars in boxes. Two Sanctionals done. The best part of these are the fantastic teams of people I get to spend time with. Already looking at 2020 trying to figure out how to be in so many places and wondering what other competitions across Europe I should be making time for. 1st WOD in back in over a week. Nutrition has not been on point, sleep has not been on point, totally killed the warm up, and bonked early in the metcon. @pj_mena is scary. The warm up started with a medball run, metcon was rowing and burpees, just needed sit-ups and wallballs.
