50 overhead plate walking lunges
50 deadlifts (dumbbell, KB, or barbell)
40 alternating step-ups
40 KB swings
30 push-ups
30 sit-ups
20 burpees
20 box jumps
10 dumbbell/barbell thrusters
10 pull-ups (modify if needed) 🏃♂️ Finish with another 400m sprint.
