Working my butt off at #crossfit yesterday.... managed to get another PR! 3 Deadlifts @ 180lbs!!! Sweet goodness! Then I died a bit on the #tabataworkout ...row (yuck), thrusters (double-yuck), dubs (hahaha), push-ups, and toes (knees) to bar....well...guess it's something to work on!!!
