I'm back in healthy mode, I am so happy I have been sticking with it. As previously posted I have been starting my fitness journey about 5 weeks ago with getting serious about 2.5 weeks ago. I am so happy I am this far, I am on level 3 of Jillian Michaels shred, only 2 more weeks to go and then I get to start insanity. I had to step away from following some blogs because they were messing with my psyche, while they may work for some it only caused me to be in a bad place. I am now under this new blog and I am so happy I found 2 of the fitblrs I used to follow on my other one. I love reading crossfitkarla and barenakedlife. I felt they were just truly relative and some serious motivation. Anywho I am getting ready to get through another session of JM, only today and tomorrow then have a rest cardio day on saturday yay! I am going to post pictures probably in october after I have been doing this for a solid 6-8 weeks and a before picture as well, perhaps. I haven't even looked at my before pictures I just know they were taken on my camera. I knew I wouldn't like how far I had strayed so I just took them but never have seen them. It will be interesting when I do. Alright, that's all for now. This may seem boring and blah, I have suffered with disordered eating for almost 10 years and am looking now to have a healthy relationship with food.

I ate 2 nuggies and threw the rest away. Bad experience.
Sitting in the maccas drive through with my “I love Crossfit” sticker on my car. I was embarrassed and ashamed to be there.
Glad I got that out of my system. Been 10 months since I had it. Not in a hurry to eat it again.
