Crossing the Alps in an UDDER ✨✨✨ Hittisau | A – Casei Gerola, Pavia | I ✨✨✨ Barbara Anna Husar enters the third season of her social sculpture FLYING UDDER by #crossingthealps – 4000 m high, more than 100 km/h fast and over a distance of 300 km – marking the prelude of the new series “UDDER in Change”. Hittisau Women’s Museum will be the new home of FLYING UDDER in 2020. As part of the exhibition “BIRTH CULTURE. about giving birth and being born” the balloon will point to social transformations in the form of a celestial sign, for such issues as climate change, sustainable agriculture and resource-preserving economic activity. ✨✨✨ The rides of @flying_udder are performative expeditions and sources of birth for new perspectives on our global interaction. ✨✨✨ Mutterschiff für eine Reihe an EUTER-Erhebungen im Jahr 2020 wird das @FrauenmuseumHittisau sein. On the 5th of January Barbara Anna Husar enters the third season of her social sculpture FLYING UDDER by crossing the alps. The transalpine balloon ride leads her from Hittisau via the Alpine Rhine Valley to Italy, marking the prelude of the new series “UDDER in Change”.
