Thangs

I’ve been at Ibotta for only about a month and they’re already moving me up a tier, which means a raise and extra hours. I start training on Monday.

I’m going back to NYC! For Halloween! I leave Oct. 10th. I’ve never been on the east coast in autumn before and I’m super excited. 

I hiked 4 miles on Thursday with my older sister. We talked a lot during the hike about whats been going on in our lives, our feelings, things we’re dealing with, etc. The hike ended in a beautiful meadow full of aspen trees. It was incredibly therapeutic.

Speaking of exercise, I’m working out at least twice a week and eating well. I feel so much better. I would have never been able to do that hike a year ago.

My hair is finally where I want it to be.I just need to finally take a decent picture.

I’m on the last few stitches of a pretty big cross-stitch I made for my best friend’s birthday. It took me a little over a month to complete and I’m super excited to frame it and give it to her.
