so junnana had a baby in my tomodachi life a couple days ago so... happy jun7!!
now im gonna talk about him under the cut bc. i have grown to love him a lot.
In terms of how I think Yusei would actually come to be their son, I think he's adopted and coincidentally looks like Nana. Yes I'm pulling this. Let me be. I think Nana adopted him when he was about 5 years old. How old was Nana? Uuuuuhhhm I'm working on that. (I'm still brainstorming and everything I'm talking about is literally coming directly out of my brain.)
He got Nana's last name because of how similar he looks to her and also because. Well. Jun7 weren't together yet when Nana adopted Yusei. I just started thinking about his lore so not much is explored but. yeah. He's a fan of Junna because Nana brought him to her performances, but he never met Junna properly until Jun7 reunited when he was 12. Junna honest to god thought Nana got with someone but she did not.
I think Nana tries to be present in Yusei's life a lot, mostly because of her parents always moving around when she was younger and (I assume) were very busy with work they didn't give her attention. Also because he was adopted. Yusei was probably quite hesitant with her at first. Not shy, but he hesitates a lot with speaking or interacting with her. Nana was just patient with him whenever he acted like this because I think she wanted one of her parents to have at least treated her with obvious care when she was younger. I also think Nana's hesitant with moving around and such with Yusei because she's aware of how much a child loses when moving away. (Again, she thinks this because of her own experiences.)
I like to think there are times Yusei reminds Nana of Junna a lot, especially when she found out he needed reading glasses later on. He keeps to himself, opens up when it's really nagging him and is always curious about things he doesn't understand. (Mostly because he's frustrated about not understanding it) He probably even pouts like Junna. (The Junna pout™)
Ok. When Yusei first meets Junna properly (not her on stage or anything) I think he's freaking out. Mostly because he went to bed with his mother telling him goodnight because she's going to a reunion and then he wakes up and finds out Junna Hoshimi is visiting his house and talking with his mother very casually. He probably ran to his room and wore nicer clothes that weren't his PJs. Yearp.
In terms of him interacting with the other Seisho girls, he really admires Futaba as well. (He got his hair cut based off her, after all.) He wants to go on a bike ride on her motorcycle one day, but she hasn't allowed him yet because he needs to get older. Kaoruko thinks he's silly and teases him. (Ragebaiting a child lol--) I think Claudine and Maya spoil him rotten with sweets and gifts also. IDK how he'd be with MaHiKaren but I think he's a little scared of Hikari's resting face when he was younger. (She feels bad about this)
When Jun7 got together and Yusei is okay with his idol being his 2nd mom, he colored his hair purple. Mostly because Junna can't really be transparent about her relationship with Nana and Yusei because that would involve the public being aware of who Yusei is. He just lies that he colored his hair by accident or just for fun. Lol. Everyone who's very close with him knows why he actually colored it though.
Ok IDK what else to add other than probable spoilers for my future Jun7 fic. I love Yusei so much I can't believe he's my first revstar OC. I might add more info and lore for him in the future but yea.
