And just like that the day ends... slowly, like the creak of an unruly train coming to a stop, stars mapping themselves over the dark blue sky with a careful alacrity. The night comes- dry, silent, expectant. Momo likes touring the dorms at night. She cannot do it often, but it brings a sense of quiet liberation with it- hearing shut doors and the groaning sounds of night from behind them. And so today she walks. She maps out plans in her head as she moves from hallway to hallway, dozens upon dozens of them; she needs to be prepared for every eventuality.
The dorm is both familiar and foreign to her- it reeks of well planned dimensions and a life which does not quite fit her. It sits, crooked on her- a bit pathetic, really. She feels an odd bubbling of mirth and she does not know why... oh haha, she doesn’t know why. What is this odd euphoric feeling? She could kill them all in their sleep and she finds that funny. Ha.
She finds it absolutely hilarious.
