3. Back kiss
What possessed her to do it, she still wasn't sure. She had no idea why she decided to hug Georgie from behind. She had no idea why she pressed her lips along one of the vertebrae of his tattooed spine. But she did. And she stood there, her face burning red as it could get, staring down at her shoes, not sure if she should mumble an apology or not.
She was half expecting Georgie to make a smart ass remark about what happened. At least she'd have an excuse to punch him and run away.

Loki stumbled down the dark streets, the ragged pieces of his gipsy skirt getting caught on the bracelets around his ankes, making him trip again and again.
it was late night, not a single mortal roaming the streets. He didn't know where on Midgard he was, nor did he care. His mind was still trapped in the darkness of the space.
'The void was looking at him from under the bridge. The darkness leaking trhough the stars like the tentacles of a nightmare. The cold sweat in his back sticking the fabric of the corset to his abused skin. It was as if it was calling for him…'
The neightbourhood seemed a rather poor one, with old buildings and crappy bars, the kind of place that screamed 'danger'. But he didn't care anymore. he just wanted to go away, as far as possible of his place of landing. Away from the insanity, away from them.
'The sound of hooves thundered from the palace’s road. No, He couldn’t let them capture him again. He couldn’t return to that Hell. All that insanity had to end! He had to escape from Asgard, or his mind would crack.'
Loki had managed to escape from the golden city disguised as a dancer. Some of the gipsies owed him quite a few favours, so they were awaiting for him when he wroke out of the cell, costume and carriage ready.
it had been easy to deceive the guards. A few enticing dances, and not a single male was looking at his face. But one of the guards had wanted more, and yanked at the veil around his face. Once the stitches on his mouth came to light, everyone had known who was under the silk and jewelry. The god didn't have his silvertongue anymore, so he had ran for his life.
'"Someone look at the bridge! He can be trying to escape through the bifrost!"
His heart sikped a beat. he wasn’t going to return to them, never again. he was going to escape, and if it costed his live this time, then so be it. He breathed deeply through his nose, closed his eyes, and let go.'
And there he was now, stumbling around dark alleys, almost naked if not for the tingling jewelry and silk, his magic completely exhausted and his mind too abused to perceive anything. Fear and incstinc the only thing keeping his tired body upright.
But he could smell the esence of glamours in the air, coming strongly from an old building. There was no doubt the whole place was meant to not be found by prying eyes. And that was all his brain cared for at the moment. A place where Odin couldn't see him. So he didn't think twice before dragging himself to the door and, once he felt the smell of the enchantments covering him, he fell down, darkness surrounding him.

❝ Hey — What exactly was it you were telling me? ❞
He wanted to make sure what it was about this time before Beauty would go to the Sheriff. Things never ended well when Bigby Wolf got involved, at least it never ended well for Georgie.
He crossed his arms over his chest, staring at Beauty and blocked the door so there was no way that Beauty could just run off.
"I thought you said you didn't 'give a damn'," Beauty frowned, arms crossed and brow furrowed.
Of course Georgie would be interested in what she had to say if Bigby got brought into the conversation. Honestly, she didn't want to have to explain herself further. If he hadn't wanted to listen earlier when she was trying to speak to him, why should she bother to tell him anything now? Without saying anything more, the blonde moved to go around him, but much to her dismay, the man had moved to block her path. Well, there was no way of getting out of there now. Not until she'd said something, at least. With an irritable groan, she opened her mouth to speak. "All I was trying to say was one of your...employees went into the Open Arms, but-- I don't ever remember seeing them...leave. -- I wasn't sure if you were aware, and I only wanted to inform you. But, I'm sure if you don't care about this bit of information, Bigby most certainly would."
"Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn."

Beauty should've known that it was pointless to try to say anything to him. It all went in one ear and right out the other. With a huff, she rolled her cerulean hues and crossed her arms. "Whatever," she muttered finally, stalking across the room towards the exit. "I'll just go talk to Bigby about this." Yes, Bigby was the sheriff, he was her friend, he could do something.
