Stan paces the floor. He had given Julian the address of a location outside of his city, one of the many places he frequented. He never claimed he was good at sorting through his emotions, and it seems like the flood gates were about to break free. Julian had barely walked through the door before Stan starts blabbing. 

    “It’s her. I know it’s her but it’s not her body. It’s not her form. But. Of course it isn’t. That dissipated when she passed on but. I just don’t understand why. Why now.”
