A shadow passed overhead, perhaps not unusual with the flying ships that passed on occasion, but this one was lower and larger than the usual causes of such a darkening of the skies. When one looked up, the source was a great white dragon soaring lazily above the streets, doing slow and easy acrobatics with a complete disregard for whatever airspace it was disrupting. A small shape perched on it's back, a stream of golden hair from a figure that stuck impossibly to the thing's back as it twisted through the air. When someone shouted at them, the figure waved a rude gesture at them and the dragon twisted through the air away. Was the figure laughing?
After a bit, either the figure got bored or simply had their fill of the cold air rushing past. They dropped off the dragon's back and plummeted straight down, landing in an impossibly light crouch with his grin still fixed on his face. He didn't mean to drop directly in front of the raven haired girl, but it wasn't like he landed on her, so it was fine.
"Incoming, un." He says cheerfully, standing up smoothly from a fall that should have broken bones. "Gotta watch the skies around here, yeah." He turns as the dragon spirals higher and higher, above the range of the rest of the air traffic.
"Katsu!"
The dragon bursts, exploding into a crackling ball of fire akin to a firework while the man looks extremely satisfied with his disruption of the day's routine.
