Good morning lovely followers! It's the start of C1 W3 today and I can actually exercise again. Will have to stick to low impact and lots of stretching for this week but it's all gravy. Normal Human Functionality Resumes!
This week has been a challenge, mentally and physically.
Using my precious syns on Sambuca after the game in Belfast (Croydon won both games by the way), flying home on Monday was an unfortunate sight.
I haven't been able to eat or drink properly all week. Not the worst thing for weight loss purposes but not the best for nutritional health either.
I am now operating back at 100% and had my weekly shop delivered.
I am planning a Slimming World friendly roast dinner on Sunday with a low fat cheese cake for dessert. (Debating whether extra light Philadelphia will be suitable as Quark is vile??)
