SpaceX’s CRS-15 Dragon returned to Earth Aug. 3, 2018, after a one-month stay at the International Space Station. The capsule splashed down in the Pacific Ocean with cargo and research samples for further analysis on the ground. (more…)

A few hours ago the SpaceX Dragon spacecraft ended its CRS-15 (Cargo Resupply Service 15) mission for NASA splashing down smoothly in the Pacific Ocean a little more than 420 kilometers (about 326 miles) off the coast of California. The Dragon left the International Space Station a few hours before.

SpaceX’s CRS-15 Dragon cargo resupply ship has been attached to the International Space Station. the spacecraft rendezvoused with the orbiting outpost in the early-morning hours of July 2, 2018, and is expected to remain berthed for about a month. (more…)

Poco fa la navicella spaziale Dragon di SpaceX è stata catturata dal braccio robotico Canadarm2 della Stazione Spaziale Internazionale. Ricky Arnold, assistito dal collega Drew Feustel, ha gestito l'operazione e ha cominciato a spostare la Dragon verso il punto d'attracco al modulo Harmony. Il cargo spaziale era partito venerdi scorso.
