New clients and opportunities have been a catalyst for me to upgrade how I do business and what I expect from myself and team members. From now on, we will hold ourselves to a higher standard. I already work to upgrade my work every few months.
When models, actors and other talent sign up on board, they will have different levels of commitment. Those that have been supporting my work and the work of The Crump Effect and team will be the first to share in the rewards, opportunities and resources gained from our pursuits. Those that have not believed in what we do, flake or do not have the dedication and commitment will not be on the same level.
We have come to far for this to become about ego. This is not about money and fame. However, we all have bills to pay and responsibilities, which I understand. We know young models want to be published, get their names out there, etc. But you all need to communicate and keep us aware if you are even thinking about going a different direction so you don't waste your time or ours. We want serious people on board.
I have made my own mistakes in the past and learned from them. We have major eyes in the industry on our work right now and several clients on the table. I can not and will not waste their time or that of my team or myself. If you say you are on board with us, then make sure you can commit. Do not bail and leave us hanging.
Talent new to the industry must learn that every project has its different levels and speed. While some have a quick turn around, the bigger the project, the more leadership and development it goes through. If you are selected it is for a reason. We believe in you, but if you can not believe in us then you have other paths.
My team and I are in this for the bigger picture, not for chump change, hobby or a cheap joy. We aim to make this not just a successful business but also a community. I have encouraged my team members not to just work for me but also to work for themselves and the community. I feel if I help each of them run a successful business they will help me do the same. I am holding myself to a new level as well. This is my life and my passion.
Those on board know that we are helping everyone on board to learn new business skills, networking opportunities and more. I personally do a lot to help spread awareness for my friends and colleagues work. I share my network with their social media and vice versa.
If you are in this just for EGO, then please go. We want people that are dedicated to helping us make this and each other a success. If you are tagged in this then chances are you have helped recently, already been there through a lot and/or been there supporting me and my work through the years. Many people have believed in my and my work and I do not aim to let them down or you.
There is still a lot of work to do, and while progress has already been made. I am officially calling today, "Level Up". I have been keeping a few things on the down low and only a select few know some of the major things going on. I am thankful for all of you that have stayed on board for all these years and for those new and dedicated to our work as well. Thank you.
