Ingredients: 200g vegan dark chocolate. 1 cup coconut cream. 2 tbsp maple syrup. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1 1/2 cups crushed vegan chocolate cookies. 1/4 cup melted vegan butter. Fresh berries for garnish optional.
Instructions: In a saucepan, heat coconut cream until hot but not boiling. Remove from heat and add chopped dark chocolate, stirring until smooth. Stir in maple syrup and vanilla extract until well combined. In a separate bowl, mix crushed vegan chocolate cookies with melted vegan butter. Press the cookie mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a tart pan. Pour the chocolate ganache mixture over the crust, spreading evenly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set. Garnish with fresh berries before serving, if desired.

Ingredients: 2 cups blackberries. 2 cups sliced apples. 1 tsp ground ginger. 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon. 1/4 cup almond flour. 1/4 cup coconut flour. 1/4 cup chopped pecans. 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted. 2 tbsp maple syrup. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. Pinch of salt.
Instructions: Set the oven temperature to 175C 350F. The sliced apples and blackberries should be combined in a big bowl. Toss the fruit gently to coat it with the ground ginger and cinnamon after adding them. To make the crumble topping, combine almond flour, coconut flour, melted coconut oil, chopped pecans, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a small amount of salt in a different bowl. Stir until a crumbly consistency is achieved. Spread the fruit mixture evenly in a baking dish after transferring it there. Over the fruit mixture, scatter the crumble topping. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes in a preheated oven, or until the fruit is bubbling underneath and the crumble topping is golden brown.
