Enjoy how tender Slow Cooker Buffalo Baby Back Ribs are. The flavorful buffalo sauce is used to marinate these ribs. They are then slow-cooked to perfection and finished under the broiler to add a little crunch.
Ingredients: 2 racks baby back ribs. 1 cup buffalo sauce. 1/2 cup chicken broth. 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika. Salt and black pepper to taste. Fresh parsley for garnish optional.
Instructions: Remove the membrane from the back of the baby back ribs and cut each rack into smaller sections to fit into the slow cooker. In a bowl, whisk together buffalo sauce, chicken broth, melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. This is your buffalo marinade. Place the ribs in the slow cooker and pour the buffalo marinade over them, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the ribs are tender and cooked through. Preheat your oven broiler. Carefully transfer the cooked ribs to a baking sheet lined with foil. Brush the ribs with some of the cooking liquid from the slow cooker and broil for 3-5 minutes or until the edges are slightly crispy. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve the Slow Cooker Buffalo Baby Back Ribs with your favorite sides. Enjoy these tender and flavorful buffalo-infused baby back ribs straight from the crock pot!
