These Slow Cooker Buffalo Baby Back Ribs are a delicious twist on traditional ribs. The slow cooker method ensures they are incredibly tender, and the buffalo sauce adds a spicy kick that's hard to resist.
Ingredients: 3 pounds baby back ribs. 1 cup buffalo sauce. 1/4 cup honey. 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. 1/2 teaspoon paprika. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix together buffalo sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cut the ribs into smaller pieces to fit in the slow cooker. Coat the ribs with the buffalo sauce mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated. Place the ribs in the slow cooker, standing them up against the walls if possible. Pour any remaining sauce over the ribs. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the ribs are tender and cooked through. Once cooked, carefully remove the ribs from the slow cooker and place them on a serving platter. Optional: Brush with additional buffalo sauce before serving. Serve hot and enjoy!
