Ingredients: 1 baguette, sliced. Assorted French cheeses e.g., Brie, Camembert, Roquefort, Comt. Honey or fig jam, for serving.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet. Bake the bread slices for 5-7 minutes, or until lightly toasted. While the bread is toasting, prepare your cheese platter by arranging the assorted French cheeses on a serving board. Once the bread is toasted, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly. Serve the warm French bread slices alongside the assorted cheeses. Pair with honey or fig jam for a sweet contrast to the savory cheeses. Enjoy!
