really love your builds and neighbourhoods you create..! wish i had the patience to create a hood.. do you have any downloadable ones?

The thing about creating neighborhoods for download is that you have to create it knowing that you’re intending to share it before you start, so that you start it as a completely empty neighborhood and use templates/mods so that stuff doesn’t spawn while you’re building and all that. Most people don’t want a neighborhood that’s pre-populated with townies, NPCs, etc., if only because they want those characters to look like they want them to look, not like how I prefer Sims to look. The other thing is that I tend to pretty much suck at no-CC building, so any neighborhood I’d share would be chock-full of CC. Not only does that seem to turn off most people, but it’s also a pain in the butt to make sure that it’s all included, with nothing missing to cause blue flashing or random missing objects and whatnot. That’s a pretty big time investment, for me, for something that perhaps not many people would be interested in, anyway.
That being said, it IS something that I’d like to do, perhaps using a restricted amount of CC with all the lots using the same “pool” of stuff that I’d set up before building anything so that I can just share the whole folder, knowing that I didn’t miss anything. Meaning, a “theme”-type neighborhood would work best, so that all the lots can be decorated with similar build/buy items. It would still take time to put things together, though, and if I’m going to put in a lot of time, I’d like it to be sort of out of the ordinary AND something that people would like to have. Which is why I’m making this reply public instead of answering privately. So, opinions/suggestions would be great. What would you (or anyone else) like to see in such a neighborhood?
Me, I’m thinking it might be fun to make an all off-road neighborhood, for people who might be intimidated by doing that themselves. Maybe something rustic like Tellerville or maybe just dedicated to agriculture with big off-road farms/ranches where people could use, for instance, Beck’s or Sun & Moon’s animals and growable crops and whatnot, that they could even use in an integrated sense, where, for instance, one lot grows the hay that another lot’s cows eat before they are slaughtered and sent to another lot where the butcher lives, etc.. Or maybe just a small, pretty suburban neighborhood full of Craftsman bungalows and all-seasonal landscaping so that the look of it changes with the seasons. Or....I dunno. What do you all think?
