Are you feeling alright there Luke?
Of course I am! I look a-w-e-s-o-me. I am popular! And this skin? This skin feels great and I doubt it has seen a moisturizer before.

sugar skulls
“you’re so lucky.”
she is almost gushing, round eyes fixated on the male before her while her chin rests comfortable between two palms. admittedly, sydney was intruding. saw an empty spot in study hall across from him and took it. how else will she get a chance like this? to be so close to him?
“i mean, you’re so good looking, and so tall, and your eyes! your eyes are so clear!” sydney sighs, lips forming into a small pout.
“how do you do it? i mean—”
the ravenclaw leans up closer, eyes widening in hopes of having her prayers answered.
“how did you get veronica to fall in love with you?”

▹Let's-a-go! ◃

She carries a bowl of snacks firmly in her hands, barefeet after getting rid of her heels as soon as her last class was dismissed. She set some bean bags on the floor -and Cindy happily made one of them her bed for her afternoon beauty sleep- and she was just setting the snacks down.
As the professor takes one of the seats, she turns her video game on. For that afternoon, her choice was one of her favorite classics: Mario Kart. And of course she was excited, it was really fun to teach Vince about video games and watch the boy struggle to get the right grasp on it.
Amelia had years of practice, not even her cousin could beat her. She was like a professional, but would go easy on the poor boy. And, of course, he would still not win. But at least he enjoyed himself, and to the professor, that was the important part.
Checking her owlphone to see if the boy has sent her a message, she notices he is late. “Well, maybe I’ll play alone today.” She thinks to herself, but that would be no problem at all, just less fun since she couldn’t watch the boy’s frustration when failing.
▹ the prank hero◃
@crvince | Sky
Her grip on Vincent’s wrist was strong and tight, her eyes were glued on the sky and her face was pale in horror. “It was a student, but I don’t know who!” She cries quietly, eyes finally moving to meet the boy’s.
Amelia called Vince, one of the few students she actually considered as a friend, to help her out. Someone, somehow, trapped her little pig at the top of one of the hooped goals, at the Quidditch pitch. Some kind of mean prank, she thought.
“You gotta get yourself a broom and grab her for me. You know I can’t fly... She must be scared!”

“vincent ko is a good person,” xeno informs the inquiring girl. words are spoken from a sterling soul, though the thread which ties the two of them together speaks of another story. “he may seem intimidating but his heart is in the right place. i’m sorry i can’t be of any further help here. we’re on speaking terms but nothing close. so i can offer you this much.i hope it helps.”
dungeons and dragons
@crvince @crmalcolm @crmason (oh my god they were roommates)
being heralded out of his room the moment he opened his eyes was really... not something he appreciated. as interesting as the entire thing sounded, this was supposed to be a vacation. but he figures he would be doing nothing productive if given the option to not attend, so he keeps his mouth relatively shut while he and his roommates trek to unknown territory (everything on this island is pretty much unknown territory for them).
dane should be rewarded really, for not tuning out to that entire speech given to them about how dragons nesting habits... he thinks, saying that his hands itched to pull out his phone and check his notifications. he gives the dragons the real props though, because dragons are interesting. people are not. and when they’re given the go ahead, his feet automatically move him to find and circle around a nest that looks interesting enough. “do you guys think that... if we touched the eggs the dragon’s will send us blasting like team rocket,” he directs to his roommates over his shoulder, “because the guys were really vague about that part.”
"good evening charlotte," vincent finds the female he's been looking for in one of the many common rooms which form their new residence. as expected, he cannot help but think, as hazel irises watch her flip the pages of a book. "isla mentioned in passing she wished to head to the wildlife reserve. since you happen to love animals and you are also her dear friend, would you like to join us?" he may be wishing for her company too, but that is something vincent cannot dare reveal.
a familiar cuts through the silence of the common room she had found herself in, eyes gazing up at the other from the book, a small smile growing in greeting upon her lips as she sets her book down and stands up to face the other. although this was not the first time he had chosen to seek her out like this, the other was still as pleasantly surprised as always, “good evening to you, vincent,” she responds in greeting, the excitement coming through in her tone despite her attempts at keeping calm and poised.
however, the smile upon her lips falters slightly at his words, upon the realization that he wasn’t there for her in the end. it was, after all, just for isla. she understands this, of course. they were engaged after all. it was only natural that the two of them would spend time with each other. it was, therefore, only natural that he sees her as just isla’s best friend. someone there to ease the tension.
in her heart she knew that this would always be the case, she would always just tag along behind them as she watched two people that she cared about be happy without her. she had already come to terms with that.
so why was she so disappointed?
putting the smile back on her face, she proceeds to nod enthusiastically at his suggestion, masking her disappointment with a facade, “that sounds like a wonderful idea, vincent,” she answers, her voice chirpier than usual, “if it wouldn’t be a bother, i’d love to accompany the two of you.”
"Charlotte," he takes an unusual journey over to the Hufflepuff commons, for once not for a childhood friend but a stranger that he has found companionship with between the slips of chaos. It's not quite worry, but a trepidation settles into his veins that can only be quenched by an answer by her. "Are you feeling better these days?"
“vincent,” she acknowledges the other as he approached her in that ever so calm demeanor of his, yet it was this calm demeanor that she clung onto in her time of need, seeking comfort in the most uncanny of places. however, the surprise is still evident in her tone as she regards him curiously, a small smile upon her face as she looks up at him. it wasn’t everyday that vincent would make such a personal visit to check up on someone like this. it was very humbling to think that is was her that was getting such a benefit.
“yes, i’m feeling a lot better these days, thank you so much for being there for me… i don’t know what i would have done if you weren’t there, or what could have happened,” she responds. and she really meant it. if it wasn’t for him stepping in and taking her away from the castle grounds, she would have probably ended up with the same fate as her cousin. would she have been able to handle the aftermath of the whole situation, she wondered… she was glad that she would never have to find out.
