I’m forever grateful that I get to keep my mommy after all her health scares for a million reasons but right now it’s because she listens to me endlessly and roots for me and works hard to understand me and holds the most space for me and I would never have become who I am or be as okay as I am without her.

I’m so so so so so lucky and I feel so lucky to have gotten to take care of her through her illness and beyond and I wish she’d never gotten sick, but I can’t help but feel like I never would’ve known this level of gratitude without it.

and then they give their body to johnny and he just has to see it everyday, be reminded of v more than he already is and remembers the little inklings of v’s thoughts, about how they got that this tattoo specifically for johnny to remember them

bonus points: if it’s in a spot easily accessible, johnny will occasionally zone out and just rub the spot where the tattoo is. he doesn’t realize he’s doing it, but the people he’s around do. he skips town, so these people don’t know what happened, not like kerry or rogue do. so when they ask him, he just says “someone special made me get it”
