Can I call in sick for mother’s day ?

I had another intense family experience last night, crashed out for a solid hour, thinked some terrible thoughts, and then fell into a coma-like sleep. Jesse was there for it all, and v sweet, and then sent me to get my nails done this AM.

They’re gorgeous and so fun and I feel so lucky even as I’m navigating my family BS.

We leave for a long weekend vaca on Wednesday morning and I can’t wait to get out of town.
