Hi, I'm a huge fan of Florence and the Machine, and have been for a decade now, but I've only just heard of the song Conductor as mentioned in your post. Was this a region specific song? I can't seem to find it anywhere on iTunes or Spotify and I'd really like to listen to it

Yes, it actually was! It was only available on the Target deluxe edition of How Big How Blue How Beautiful in the US, which I was able to snag. It’s an interesting song, but I can definitely see why they left it off that particular album. 

(I’m actually on my way to Target to pick up the physical copy of HaH today, lol)

@cryingcheerios yes there is a really popular anime about cycling and racing called Yowamushi Pedal (it started as a manga serialization) and they’ve adapted it into musicals/stage plays and also a live action drama is airing in Japan.

Hmm…. Sometimes. During disasters in Louisiana, yes, I am proud of where I come from because many of us band together to help each other. When it comes to the history of and people supporting the history of where I come from, no, I do not agree with the views of the South. Many people in Louisiana still use the Confederate flag as a “sign of our heritage” or whatever they say, but really that’s just the way you can tell who is racist and who isn’t.

Oh boy, okay. So I dated this guy in my senior year of high school, he was a nice guy but I was his first girlfriend and he was my first boyfriend. Things were awkward. Also, I have ten siblings, and at the time, the two youngest were 8 and 9 and THEY WERE OBNOXIOUS. My boyfriend decided to drop me off at the door and give me a good night kiss. So he kissed me, and the next thing we know, my two youngest siblings are in the window, cheering, clapping, and yelling “Do it again.” Unfortunately, even today, they are still just as obnoxious.

I don’t really have one? But I guess I’ve always loved “If you can’t fly, then run. If you can’t run, then walk. If you can’t walk, then crawl. But whatever you do, you have to keep moving forward.”. It’s something I have lived by for years.

A - Available?I’m guessing this means if I’m single..? Yes, I’m single

B - Birthday?11th October :-)

D - Drink you last had?Orange squash (cordial/dilute stuff)

G - Grade i hated?I’m not American so I didn’t have ‘grades’, I had ‘years’. And I hated them all from when I started Secondary School (11yrs upwards)

H - Hometown?Nottingham! The home of Robin Hood

J - Jellybean flavour?Don’t like jellybeans.. They give me toothache cuz of the sugar content!

K - Killed someone?Not in real life

L- Longest friendship?Umm. Prob one I had in school. I was friends with her from the age of 6 to the age of 16. I haven’t seen or spoken to her since I left school so was that an actul friendship? Probably not. Sigh

M - Milkshake flavour?Can’t drink milkshakes.. Dairy..

N - Number of siblings?Just one. Thankfully

X - X rays i had?Oh. Several. I was a very clumsy chlld (still a clumsy adult but I’m a little mre cautious). I’ve broken severl bones and sprained the majority of the rest..

Y - Your last time you cried?Last night. I was singing along to Les Mis. And the Finale started. And that final chorus of ‘do you hear the people sing’ - gets me every time!
