My passion project of the last month, only to speed run the final stretch in the last 5-9 hours hehe.

This idea has been stuck in my head for 5 ish months prior to actually working on it. Was initially going back and forth on fully colouring and rendering this, only to ultimately go "NAH I DON'T WANNA!" sobI didn't lol. Still love it and am really proud of it:)))

A Rainy Day and A Boy

It's done!!! Ahhh I think this is my fave set of art I've made recently!!

I'M SO PROUD OF IT AHHHH

This is technically inspired by the open art collab I did with @p.e.t.c.h.l.a.d.a (this post), it's just I'm doing the idea I originally thought of with mullet Stan instead of directly what the pose ref was.

((They ended up being somewhat similar but I didn't directly reference the pose ref. The only kinda exception to that is I ref the foreshortening but that's it))

Was working on the first image before the artist Stan hyperfixation but here we are, hehe.

Remembered this idea again a bit ago and was made crazy by it. I keep being reminded that I am, in fact, insane.

But I love the idea of Stan getting both the twins into boxing, though I think Mabel would be more into it as a sport. I also think maybe she got into doing matches in college or something and would love to make her own outfits and stuff.

Stanley Pines The Scapegoat (redraw!!)

Two year progress yippeee!!! I made the original when I first was getting back into Gravity Falls, around October of 2024. The last time I was super hyperfixated on the show was 2014????? Like drawing the characters everyday I mean.

I remember finding the GF art style to be kinda hard when I drew the original Scapegoat art, since I only had two doodle pages trying it out before that; and I still find it hard now. And it probably didn't help when I did the redraw that I haven't really drawn anything in this style since the original art. But the new one definitely feels closer and less stiff.

The redraw took me less time to finish since I'm overall faster at drawing now and also I didn't do painterly rendering. I just did cell shading. Mostly because by the end of getting the flats and basic shading done, I was kinda getting fed up with all the details of the picture frame. So I left most of the light effects pretty simple. I'm overall really happy with how it turned out, and even with the old one I don't hate it but I definitely improved;still like the rendering I did on the og:)
