there is no theme

there is no reason

it’s just ... weirdness. but you choose the weirdness yourself!!!

nah okay so honestly

the starting point I have is you begin by choosing one of four (maybe later more) things you are “searching for”

- Love

- Meaning

- Freedom

- Nothing at All

I have Love kinda planned out, and that path is generally decked out with Fae and maybe one Prophet.

Meaning is gonna be Vampire themed, so for that I kinda have ideas but I gotta work em out still.

Both Freedom and Nothing at all I’m still blank on. I’m thinking of changing Meaning and Freedom and putting the vamps in Freedom and use Meaning for Cryptids in general, and just deck it out with Mothman philosophizing about lamps and Nessie talking about the bottom of her lake and Bigfoot talking about the changing of the seasons and that stuff.

actually ... yeah that’s gonna be it, now thinking about it xD

And in general I wanna know what people wanna see, if I should add another main path, if there’s a cryptid/fantasy creature people really wanna see etc.

also if someone miraculously like really wants a hot vampire lady to fall in love with who lives in a big library and drinks blood from a wine glass or something. That I could take and write and put crossroads into to make more decisions for the reader and stuffs.

Kay so if anyone‘s wondering (nobody is, but have i ever cared? No.) the cryptid adventure thing is a choose your own adventure story i‘m writing with vampires/fae/cryptids/etc.

And i need ideas for paths. Bc I want like so many paths. All the paths. Big big network of paths.

Pls help me with shit you‘d like to see in such a thing.

Also i‘m still debating qhat sofware to use. I got the information for how to do these on Ao3 and technically that would work but it‘s really expansive so I don‘t know how easy that‘d be to like actually post.

So if you know a thing that‘d work ... pls help.

“Welcome, Traveler”, it says, and you wonder how it knows the name the Storyteller gave you, “to this castle. Are you looking for the Queen Eletea or the Prince Sahicas?

  - “I am looking for the Queen Eletea, where might I find her?”

  - “I am looking for the Prince Sahicas, where might I find him?”
