‘O.O’
Send ‘O.O’ for my muses reaction to seeing yours in a bikini.
“i never would’ve guessed that you would have agreed to come to the beach,” a required vacation, the mayor had called it. he was worried for her health, he had said. she knew he was just trying to avoid paying caitlyn a required bonus for her overtime, they both knew the labor laws. yet her parents had insisted that she take this opportunity to leave piltover for a bit, had even made arrangements for her to go to a beach on the outskirts of demacia. she hadn’t expected the frost archer to be open to join her on the excursion, the climate far different than that of freljord. eyes avoid lingering on ashe for too long, pale skin nearly glistening in the sunlight. a true beauty, but staring wasn’t very polite, though the sheriff fails to look away quick enough, meeting eyes with the archer before focusing her eyes on the sea.

“ashe, there’s a party in the high piltovian plaza tomorrow night,” the sheriff informed, tapping fingers against the wood of the desk in her home, biting her lip as she formulated words. “i’d.. would you like to come?” her voice as a bit shaky now. she’d thought much about this, immensely debated her options before deciding on a plan of action that she.. it’d be very hard for her to stay calm during. “as.. my partner?”

Truthfully it was growing more and more difficult by the minute to read over the pages. Between Caitlyn’s hand through her hair and the fact that the source material in the book was well over her head … well mostly it was Caitlyn’s hand than anything. Ashe sighed glancing back at the words on the page, no more than glyphs to her waiting to be translated, but she didn’t have the concentration to work at it. With a bit of a huff she closed the book and rested it against her stomach, closing her eyes and just enjoying the sensation of Caitlyn’s hand in her hair, trying not to get embarrassed by her inability to read even at a level that most Piltovian children were able to. “Does it bother you that I’m so … uneducated?” she asked aloud after a moment, unable to shake the feeling.
at the words caitlyn set her book down, carefully folding a page over to save her spot before both hands came to settle in white hair. fingers aimlessly braided the hair, hues looking down at the archer. “not at all,” she assured. “education is a lovely thing, && it’s saved many lives here in piltover, but it isn’t what makes a person.” she shrugged, white hair slipping betwixt fingers softly as the braid reaches the ends of the strands. “you’d be no different a person should you have an education, really. it doesn’t change people, it just helps them find their way. but you already have yours, don’t you?” the sheriff smiled gently, trying to reassure the avarosan.
"We're starting to see more and more of your people around here," Ashe said with a quiet smile. "People of Mount Targon, I mean. The Rakkor seem to thoroughly enjoy the hardiness of my people, and I've heard many stories of the Solari, but you are the first of them to wander this far north from your home. What brings you so far from your mountaintop?"
Althea blinked, surprised that the Targonians actually left their homeland to travel to other places. Either a new order has been given by the Elders to both the Solari and the Rakkor or they were Exiles that got lucky. At least, that was what went inside the warrior’s head as she returned the barest of smiles given to her by the woman before bowing down.
“I bear knowledge from our Matron, Your Majesty. Stories and legends alike.” Then she straightened up, hands now resting behind her back. “I seek only to share our religion to those who are both oblivious and curious of it and Freljord seemed like an excellent and beautiful place to go. Though I confess, my interest has been piqued by Freljord as well for some time now.”
