*Spoiler Alert!* the ending of "Dark Heir" was so heart broken. I was so sad about Will. poor boy. I really want to read the third volume ASAP.
sketch of this unicorn... he was so special as his kind...
when i was reading "Dark Rise" book, they relationships it reminds me of this pic (meme?).
interesting bit of analysis here, lord knows I’ve strugged with the constant verfremdung majorly through s2 and I’m still gathering my thoughts about it, but I think she’s off about it being a “oh it’s just artists making art about artistic anxiety” thing. I think their problem is more to do with taste and instinct, general artistic mandate, feedback loops, and mechanistic things like creative compulsions and tics. I do want to circle back to the s2 scripts eventually and illustrate my points but it will have to wait until after the finale and a rewatch.
