Tomorrow I’ll be exactly 5 weeks since I’ve ordered from Chris Saints online store, CSbodypiercing.com .I emailed them 3 times last month with no response whatsoever, the only contact I’ve gotten back was from Chris himself on Twitter and even that was fairly uneventful. He asked my order number and then said “let me follow it up if it isn’t already with you it can’t be long now tho…” That was about 2 weeks ago. I know it’s not his fault but I’m really frustrated. It's not like I live in Russia or some remote place, no other packages take this long. Also I got shipping update emails for two other customers (which as the main reason for my first email) and according to them another customer in Ireland has already gotten their order while mine still says its in a preshipping phase. The money was taken out of my account on July 6th, when I placed my order, and I can’t even get a fucking email back? Has anyone else had such problems with them or am I just special? I'm not trying to bitch and moan, I mean I know the mailing system is shit 90% of the time but with the lack of any contact back from them, I'm just confused, concerned, and very frustrated.
