Rewatching CSI Miami makes me really what an ass Horatio Caine is. Especially regarding Yelina. They are so clearly in love and would be happy together if only he could get over that fact that she once was his brothers wife. He loved her and wanted her before she was his brothers wife and nnow it turns out that she feels the same and is single and wats to be with him as well.

And then he went and shut her out from everything. Lied about Madison and Ray's involvement with Susie and his time undercover. People say he protected her but doesn't she deserve to know stuff like that before her "dead" husbands illegitimate kid is deadly ill and needs a transplant and the only match is her son who didn't know he had a little sister.

Horatio Caine is the worst of the CSI leaders.

Obscure character of the day : Judge Javier Ojeda “CSI MIAMI” Headcanons

Javier Ojeda born and raised in Miami.

His family heritage is fully American, original resided in on both sides originally came from El Paso Texas,, but moved to Cali during the Gold rush and then to FL in the 40s.

His parent don't know Spanish, but Javier learned Spanish growing up in Miami

Poor, but a supportive family as well as his wife and best friend ,

Met his wife in HS and they dated all 4 years and he proposed at 18 but couldn’t marry her until he was 19

Javier and his wife had kids as soon s they got married but she wore and to make sure Javier got his law degrees worked while he went to law school

Javier had 4 kids 2 boys and 2 girls, only one in college his youngest girl Samantha.

one day his wife temperature was rising and could walk or stand for long, headaches and dizziness after going to the doctors and x rays , its as cancer. somehow went undetected for a while.

His wife died of cancer after being diagnosed, she quickly progressed a died a year later.

the grief and loss was too much to bear, living with it made his miserable.

He was stuck between two options drugs or sex: he chose the latter ( canon).

His first and only hooker, Jill Suter, bt After her sudden and tragic but accidnetly death, he realized living like this couldn't work anymore other, so he had to do it the proper way
