though i am loose about it in that you can read this as a "denji is a slave to his hypersexuality"- denji despite obviously being anguished by how much he thinks of getting laid, doesn't try to change at all (esp with the revelation in the previous panels that he blindly trusted a warmongering bastard all because she liked him and promised to fuck him, and then him immediately agreeing to join death's side just because she flashed him)
