I absolutely adore Magimites! Its definitely a smaller cs, but I appreciate having a species like that to participate in

It feels a lot more welcoming and less overwhelming, especially if someone has little cs experience

They do events semi-regularly, but they don't feel overwhelming in scope and I always want to participate :3

Wermlings. Positive vent.

Didn’t know what to expect when Wermlings got its ownership changed for like, the third time. But honestly? The new guys seem promising. They even undid that stupid rule that hosts couldn’t be inorganic (realistically inorganic hosts wouldn’t exist, but this is a fictional worm parasite species. Impossible stuff is part of the fun), which I’m very much a fan of.

tbh my fav part of being in a CS sometimes isn't for the species itself, but its collectibles and the general vibe of it. having cute or cool designs can feel like a bonus. i love collecting cute pets and items and seeing them in my inventory on their lorekeepers, its eye candy for me! collectibles are what keeps me logging in daily in most of the CS im in

general cs posvent but i LOVE closed species that give you something free for joining the species!! even if its not much like a little bit of currency to start you off or a rare trait item- it's very sweet and immediately boosts my image of how i see the species. either that or im very easily bribed to stay. lol

I'm really excited to join lusthounds, not gonna lie! All the folks saying 'easy blocklist' or whatever are just encouraging me because anyone upset with lusthounds wouldn't like me either. I might make an alt toyhouse for it entirely to be safe from harassment. That's the only thing I'm worried about: lusthounds, by being an accepting kink space, painted a target on its back for people who disagree.

I'm trying to avoid sparking the kink argument again with this ask, but considering the nature of the species and their advertising, it's gotta be mentioned at least a little. Please don't argue about that again; instead, maybe consider Not harassing people over pixels.
