I absolutely adore Magimites! Its definitely a smaller cs, but I appreciate having a species like that to participate in

It feels a lot more welcoming and less overwhelming, especially if someone has little cs experience

They do events semi-regularly, but they don't feel overwhelming in scope and I always want to participate :3

i must get it off my chest like I ALREADY HAVE BUT. i looove amicabots so much im so enthralled the species is a nice blank slate design wise, easy to work with as a furry artist and theres a lot of potential for each design but i LOVE robots so its even better. that and the fact that its so accessible? very FTO friendly, i got 2 of my friends into it who dont know anything about cs in the first place but it was literally that easy and they also love it. and the LORE ive come up with so much horrible angst and i LIKE IT its nice. the website is well managed too, easy to use, amicabots i ❤ you. theyre a smaller species but they put a lot of work in and i wanna appreciate that 🥳 ive said stuff like this in their discord a couple times but. I GOTTA GET IT OUT MORE i must i think theyre doing really good :]

mignyans are still active but not nearly as popular as they used to be, and its a shame! i love creepy concepts for CS, wish there were more like them. the staff are also super dedicated and helpful, really fostering a great community.

i hope this counts as a praise because the species is still closed right now but im so happy with milqilins becoming an open species instead of just discontinuing as a whole! i've seen some species just shut down completely so converting this one to open just feels really good im excited for it! :)

Bottle Bodies were one of the first CS I ever joined

They're somewhat dead now, but I have hope the species could come back

I absolutely love the idea of them and I think they're just all around pretty neat

Honestly just wish I had been more active while the species was busy

Cloakats are so cool

The fact that the arms are purposefully extra long and the characters don't have eyes make them a species thats really good for experimenting, as it's less of a worry to make sure everything "looks right"

It's also not as difficult as I thought it'd be to get an MYO. Especially if you do the monthly prompts and gift art

All in all, a really cool species

Luminites are so cool! I love the black holes present on designs and how the species is fox based as opposed to just cat or dog

Plus it's really easy to get myos and trait items

Nebulruffs was one of the first closed species I was able to get fully into

I really loved closed species when I was starting out because they showed me what I could do with elements of a design to make something cool and interesting

Still have a bunch of Nebulruffs because of how much that species means to me, even if it isn't the most original or well structured. I still love it dearly
