more info because i can:

the sucker takes a bunch of magic to form and is a one time use item until she’s able to rest up to make another. she’s able to summon it at will so she doesn’t have to carry it around or anything. it’ll shatter on impact and dig into anything it hits. it does contain the ct!poison so if you’re hit with it you’re screwed. when her eye bubble is bigger she’s using more energy and is more dangerous. if she goes to far and the bubble pops then she’s practically helpless.

Yes :> yes they would. Even in the plain darkness his markings give off a light glow similar to a glow stick
