help *drowning* so like what's up with the deltarune universe, kinda seems like all the monsters there bleed? except there's that one loser bunny that makes that seem not true??? why are you here!!

the noelle ones here can be explained away by saying "oh now she's forever under the soul's thumb (and the soul is red)" but susie.... and if sans is originally from this au then him too. anyway i don't know if they all bleed or not and it drives me nuts. if you know what's going on, please tell. not to mention the magic thing. is there no magic in the light world?

but kris keeps looking up how to do magic... i thought long ago when chapter 2 came out that it was just kris wanting to fit in with the monsters as always but i guess it's not that. (if they really are frisk from undertale then i suppose it would make sense to try to figure out why everyone in the new world they got to doesn't use magic sense it was such a huge thing for monsters in their original world)

(and noelle wanting to heal her dad with magic)

if deltarune world is basically the undertale world except the monsters won the war then maybe it all makes a little more sense in that the reason humans forgot how to use magic was because they no longer needed it to defend themselves against monsters, and sense the monsters won in this world the monsters no longer need magic to defend against humans..? that's all i've got. if you have thoughts do tell.

that indigo is very untouched

my man is perfectly normal after the fight until he realizes the vials are gone

he panics 

right after running into fresh those eyes look a whole lot more drained, because he’s all angry that he’s being delayed in getting his stuff back. it’s all he cares about after all. i dare to bet that as his body demands more emotions it drains him faster. if that’s not what’s happening here i think there’s much more of a placebo effect going on then we thought. (”no my vialssss” yeah suck it up babe you’re fine, you were fine a second ago)

fresh keeps hold of indigo cause it’s the only full one so he’d think it’s either worth more to ink or something of the sort (pretty sure he just doesn’t wanna touch it but go off king) 

he gives it back after he corners him so ink can have all he needs when fresh controls him 

and it stays untouched after drinking every other color up instantly until

he throws it away.

so what’s up ink?

i theorized and noticed this with a friend!

the difference is:

i depicted it as blue! for sadness lolz

nowhere at any point in underverse have we seen ink be sad about something, and blue indicating sadness is one of the most obvious things in color psychology and in terms of ink’s canon color emotions (with the prism collection as proof)

it seems he’s been avoiding it, for reasons unknown, but my thoughts (as shown above) is because he refuses to use it so he could avoid being sad

it could be because he doesn’t want to process anything fresh was saying. that he felt like nothing. that he was sad and upset about not amounting to anything and being forgotten. (if anything in soulless heart and what is basically soft canon that is cornmayor’s pmv of said song says anything)

or what if it was because of the multiverse getting destroyed to be able to give what xgaster what he wants?

surely, he’d be sad or upset if the thing he proudly calls himself “the guardian of” gets ripped apart for the sake of helping his dear old friend xgaster, right?

in times of grief or distress, denial or avoiding sadness is one of the biggest and most common ways to try and cope :)

should have put my tags in the actual post whoops! but yeah guys i totally agree it’s ink deciding I don’t want to be sad. however, why didn’t he just not take that color back when he helped destroy the multiverse? instead he didn’t take anything. (and for those saying that it’s blue, yes it’s blue but if you follow the rainbow colors it’s specifically indigo ROYGBIV but throw a pink in there haha ROYGBIPV)
