Clone Trooper sleeping/snuggling head cannons

  Rex likes to sleep on his stomach, face buried in his pillow from exhaustion. I imagine him stumbling into his bed groaning, muscle aching from whatever stunt he, Anakin and Ahsoka just pulled. 

If he is snuggling with someone, he would want to lay as close as possible, face in the crook of your neck or his head laying on your stomach and your hand going through his short hair. When he is holding you he holds you firmly, like you might disappear into mist if he's not careful. And sure, he’s heavy and is half crushing you into the bed, but there’s no way you’re asking him to move. Not once he starts mumbling (half basic, half Mando’a) how much he cares about you. 

Fives sleeps with his legs sprawled all over the place and his arm holding onto his pillow. I kind of think of him as softly snoring, almost like cooing in his sleep, and if he is exhausted (which he almost always is) the cooing stops, maybe the soft sighs are a result of contentment from when he is at his calmest. 

On the nights when you’re together, you replace his pillow. His legs entangle with yours and his arm holds onto your waist as a source of comfort for the both of you. His head nestles between your neck and in your hair. 

Wolffe avoids sleeping most of the time, cups of caf piled up in his room. He probably sleeps half on the bed and half falling off the bed, and when he does actually sleep he sleeps on his back, rigid. Like a proper real soldier (he tells himself.) And the deeper he sleeps the more he curls up finally getting comfy. 

When you finally get him to relax, he likes to mold himself to your sleeping position, his body framing yours. It puts his mind at ease, knowing that even while you both sleep he is protecting you. 

Hunter likes heavy blankets because it helps take away from his buzzing senses, I see  him using his pillow to block out lights and sounds rather than for comfort. And there have definitely been times where the rest of the Bad Batch have thought he’d died in his sleep from the way he looks. 

But that all changes when you’re around, he lays on his back with you on top of him acting like a weighted security blanket and just like that all he can think, see, smell or hear is you. And he loves it. Falling asleep with his heightened senses overwhelmed only by you.
