Tfw when you back to an old YouTube channel you used to love and watch a band member from a band you used to love go about his daily life after watching him go through dating to an engagement than a marriage then cancer then vlog his brain surgery then go on tour a few times then divorce then find a new lady who is quite awesome then you realize all that you've missed and realize that because something good changed into something new doesn't mean it will change into something worse and also that you never stopped loving their music so the "used to" used early isn't even relevant then you cry and write a really sad and long thing like this

The amount of love I have for Charles and Allie and their dogs is unreal. I've never met any of them, but through the blogs, Twitter, and Instagram, I feel like not only part of the ctfxc family, but also slightly part of their actual family.

After almost 5 years of watching I decided to stop. I don't hate @charlestrippy or his new girlfriend @alliewes, but for me it's not interesting anymore. Sorry if Charles thinks I'm being an idiot and dumb for unsubscribing, but sometimes things and interests change when you get older. I think that we need to chill a LOT in the CTFxC family. I've heard different things from different places for so long and its getting absolutely ridiculous. As Alli just tweeted, they are divorced as of June 4, 2014. Why did she feel the need to tweet this you ask? Because SO many people have been asking if the'y're divorced or not. This is THEIR business and NOT OURS. Yes they chose to share their lives with us, but only to a certain point. This is not a part of their lives they should have to share with everyone, as long as it is known to them thats what is important.

I've also seen accusations that Charles cheated on Alli when they were still together. With all that went on with them and the people they are, we should know that Charles would NEVER do that. It is insane that people would even dream of this. Maybe Charles started dating a little soon after they announced the separation but that isn't any of our business either. If they weren't together for as long as they said they were, then its understandable. His new girlfriend Allie seems like a very nice girl, and we should all show her the same courtesy as we showed Alli. 

Also, why are some people going and looking up THEIR records on if they are divorced or not? Just because its public record and its online DOES NOT MEAN THAT SOMEONE SHOULD LOOK IT UP. Its not our place to know. I heard from a friend that some people found Charles' address online from HOA forms. Why would someone look that up either? Both of these things are crossing the line and need to stop. We need to remember that Charles and Alli CHOOSE to share their lives with us. If there are people continue to cross lines and make accusations that we have no proof to back up, this could stop at any time. Our view into their lives is a privilege, NOT a right. 

Charles seems very happy. Alli seems very happy. They are both doing what they love and seem to be very happy. THIS IS ALL THAT SHOULD MATTER. I've seen people say we aren't a family anymore. If people continue to fight and bicker over something that isn't our business in the first place, we won't be. I believe that we are, and I love every single one of you to pieces. I will always love and support both Charles and Alli. I love both of them dearly, but we need to stop what's going on. 

I'm sorry if this has made anyone upset but it needed to be said. I needed to get it out somewhere...
