The Doctor walked out of his TARDIS and down the hallway of what looked like an abandoned building.  After having set the randomizer, he wasn’t completely sure where he was, but it seemed interesting enough.

He walked down the hall just a bit more, only to run right into a woman carrying a whip who seemed to not be too happy when she noticed him there.  “Hello,” the Doctor smiled, raising his hands to show he was unarmed.  “I’m the Doctor.  What’s your name?”

“we have to stop running into each other like this.” ─ @ctwman .

His arm slides with ease around her waist. Light smirk on his features and gaze pointedly focused on her. 

    “ Banquets and galas you mean? “ He quipped, avoiding the obvious. Bruce Wayne is to be expected here. Bruce Wayne is supposed to waste extravagant amounts of money on something as contemptible as a few million on frivolous jewelry. 

Selina Kyle however ─ or whatever she might be posing as ─ was not. Not for the same reasons but maybe one could argue close enough. No one here can say they couldn’t be impressed by a few karats. 

“ Maybe if you’d let me take you out to a nice dinner ─ we can stick around for awhile instead of barely catching each other. “ 

But a winning smile should seal the deal.

SHE AND SELINA DID NOT ALWAYS SEE EYE TO EYE but that wasn't to say they couldn't or didn't work well together at times. certainly when it benefited both parties. "selina." the name slipped from her tongue with ease. "are you here to ask favours? because you should know i may actually have a tit for tat situation as it were."

THERE WAS A LAUGH AS SHE SHRUGGED HER SHOULDERS and a grin quickly touched her lips as she looked to selina. "you should see tha other guy." she laughed as she stepped towards him brushing hair from her face quickly. "mind if lay low here for a minute, cat. cause ya know..." she waved her hand in front of her face. "just till the heat dies down ya know, then i'm gone. pfft. no worries like i was never even here."

PERHAPS IF IT WAS ANY ONE ELSE HE MIGHT ACTUALLY BE AMUSED but because he and the infamous cat seemed to have this endless manner of pushing each other's buttons. he was far from amused. she had this means of getting under his skin, getting his way, this little tango of theirs was irritable at best, a frustration no doubt and a waste of his valuable time. as he approached the currently cornered, although never believe one had the best of selina because she was a slippery little feline, wasn't she? his gaze narrowed, "we really need to stop meeting this way, you and i. you have a nasty way of getting in the way of good business. my business."
