Ingredients: 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced. 1/2 small cabbage, thinly sliced. 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped. 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped. 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled. 1/4 cup Greek yogurt. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar. 1 tablespoon honey. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, cabbage, red onion, dill, and parsley. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, olive oil, white wine vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
