The way the sun shined on his ebony hair was almost majestic as the young mage looked up from his spot under the tree. Sting had waited over a few hours for the knight to grace him with his presence. His mood was far better than the last time he met where he appeared insecure and vulnerable. Was that a mistake to show weakness before another heroic spirit, one who could be an enemy? It was not the time to think about that. Instead Sting, the young guild master wanted to have a friendly conversation and talk of other matters.
“I’m glad that you came. I didn’t think you could get away from your current master. I’m glad to know that heroric spirits have their own free will, but if I ask you something does that mean you’ll keep it a secret between us or do you have to tell your master everything? I’m still learning this whole process.”
