Culinary Clash 2017 at Nob Hill Club, Mark Hopkins Hotel, San Francisco.

I recently had the honor of judging this wonderful event.  It’s an annual competition that helps aspiring chefs get real world experience working in Michelin star restaurants and a chance to win a culinary scholarship.  We enjoyed a delicious three course meal with wine pairing prepared by chef Carlos Bello and Khoa Nguyen, big congrats for winning second place at Nob Hill Club!

Today I'm competing in the Los Angeles Culinary Clash with the CEO of souplantation and a food scientist from the corporate office. We're competing against 9 other restaurant teams. Excited is an understatement. Oh and I'm seeing my admissions representative from my almost future culinary school.
