This pizza is from Florentine restaurant in Chicago and it is not any pizza for many reason. Be patient, I will tell you.. 1. Executive Chef Zach Walrath wants you to have a taste of Italy in Chicago, convience right? Cheaper as well, they don't ask for your passport at the end. :) 2. The basil you see on the top of that circular cultural feast is our own home grown, organic, gmo free delicious basil. I always say my basil is the most delicious, all my herbs are the most delicious. Now you have a spot to go and sample the best Italian food with the best herbs in Chicago.
