Indeed! Make them slow enough that if it was just one someone could dodge it, of course. It has to be fair~! The point is to make decently dense enough patterns of these less than lethal bullets, called Danmaku, and have them rain down upon your opponent in a beautiful pattern, usually one that comes near and dear from your heart. You’re not just fighting, you’re making art, and the more heart you put into it, the better!

Let all of the world be dazzled by not just the power you have, but the beauty and grace that you wield it with! That, is Danmaku!

...Well, in a nutshell... Generally, the fights are quite fast paced, so you wouldn’t be making these on the fly. Which is where spell cards come in! Programmable projections of what you wish to unleash upon your opponent, which can last for about two minutes per card. You usually want to have cool down between each card, of about ten or fifteen seconds, before using another. Be warned, it takes quite a bit of energy to even activate these, so most only use four of them in a fight.

I’ll be happy to forward you some blank spell cards and some scrolls penned on the subject of infusing your cards with the spells you wish to unleash from them. That should be a fun chance to experiment right~?
