how are people treating harry? i'm not saying they're not treating him horribly, i guess i've just never noticed. can you enlighten me?

okay let me start with saying that this isnt going to be very informative??? mostly just ranty bc i love harry and im bad at getting links to proofs and stuff bc im not in school so i dont wanna do that lol. but theres a million other masterposts and asks about this topic that you can find too, so don't stop at me if i don't make sense or have no like "real evidence" or whatever

just like. ugh well first of all he's got this super "bad boy, womanizer, asshole douche of the century" image which like???

idk you take one look in my harry tag (or anyone else's for that matter) and its obvious thats all false. from what everyone says about him, fans and respectable celebrities both, he's extremely genuine and kind and polite and just a generally good person.

and then theres just like all the people who invade his privacy and constantly ask him invasive and rude questions and who just act like, because he's famous, he doesn't deserve to have privacy or respect. and thats normal for any celebrity, yes, but in the interviews with all of them harry gets the most awkward and invasive questions even though its OBVIOUS he's uncomfortable with them and never gives straight answers bc he shouldn't have to.

and like the thing with the guest book that just happened, and how he's dating literally every girl he so much as looks at apparently, which, like, no??? idc if you believe in larry or any other ship, regardless of that there is no way he's dating/has dated that many people. Not to mention how he denies every one of them any time he's asked, but of course, who cares about what HE has to say unless they can twist his words and make a story out of it, right?

but yeah to be honest the biggest problem i have with how people treat him is that they just paint him as this terrible person, when in reality that is so far from the truth. terrible people don't rush to help fans having a panic attack or help people up after they fall even if the person who fell was previously in a mob of crazy fans. Terrible people don't smile politely at paparazzi even though they're being swarmed. terrible people don't repeatedly try to be inclusive of all fans regardless of differences.

Harry is a good person and i may not personally know him but im 99.999999% sure of this fact

i'd totally supply proof and links and evidence but im so lazy and im not a masterpost kind of person, but there are TONS out there that are explaining more in depth pretty much exactly what i just said, so i would definately encourage you to find some of those.
