Ingredients:

4,5cl Grace O’Malley whiskey 2cl Antica Quaglia Kirsch 1cl Dry Curaçao 1cl clarified lime juice 3 dashes of chocolate bitters 0,5cl ghee syrup

Method: Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously, strain and serve over ice.
