Today's cucumber harvest. Similar amounts were picked Saturday & Monday. I bet they'll still sell out quickly at the market, though.

I looked up the growing of decorative gourds, so I would have an idea of how these get harvested. As near as I can tell, the tiny ones growing won’t make it to maturity at this point, with the colder nights coming now. One you see here is already showing shriveling. They are expected to die on the vine.
But I have two nice, large ones and they should be ready to harvest when their vines start to die back.
I’m just going to try and keep everything as mold-free and in-the-sun as I can and see what I get for my Samhain altar.

The vines are also rooting! Never seen this before!
