And while they LOOK ai, doesnt mean they are perfect irl. As you can see they have some burn marks, water marks, and bite marks from the caterpillars from outside.

Crispy corn
I don’t know why it took me a lifetime to finally try crispy corn but, what a revelation! I had it twice this week. It’s this perfect mix of crispy, salty, peppery flavours with a little green onion magic on top. Honestly, every Indian restaurant has its own take on it but the one I had tasted like popcorn’s cooler, spicier version.
As a bhukkad with a purpose, I have to say this one's a keeper.
