Beijing Toy No. 1 Factory! 🤡🛵“Clown Riding Scooter” and “Racing Car”! Look! Good! Wind-up tin toys; promotional giveaways for The Cure’s 1996 album “Wild Mood Swings”. The clown toy is featured on the cover of the album, the car toy is on the “Mint Car” single artwork. I don’t know much else about these, but my friend Chris @curenews_archive kindly gave me a couple of extras I am missing the panda toy. I know this Cure era/album gets a lot of criticism, but I hold it close to my heart.
