“Ohhhhh.  I see.” he hummed, attentive though his eye was set on the very important task at hand.  He was curling in some loose, sharp wires that he’d noticed, making meticulous and child-proof spirals around the ornaments of each arm.  He’d only missed a few, but it only took one misplaced bit of metal to bring about catastrophe-- something he’d learned well before his time in the twin iron cities.  

“I suppose I could do that, then.  Or,” he paused, casually switching tools -- a file was taken to shave off some uneven metal.  Silver dust and burns already marred his apron.  He paused after he was satisfied for the moment with the state of the mobile, setting his tools aside so he could brush away some of the mess from his lap when he stood.

“You could-- oh, I don’t know, maybe you could-- allow the seasoned serial murderer you’ve been generously housing to dispose of them on your behalf while simultaneously making a statement of absolute power that strikes fear into the hearts of your enemies and gives you an opportunity to go on the first vacation you’ve ever had in your life,” He annunciated all this in one breath, without strain.

“It would be the least I could do.  I need to stay in form, anyway, the practice is always welcome.”
